Terms & Conditions

Last updated: 8 September 2026

These terms apply when you use the TechDr website or request healthcare coordination for treatment in India.

1. Scope of the service

TechDr provides medical tourism information, enquiry coordination, hospital or doctor communication support, appointment assistance and practical patient guidance. The exact support available is confirmed for each enquiry.

2. Not a healthcare provider

TechDr is not a hospital and does not diagnose conditions, prescribe treatment or replace a qualified medical professional. Doctors and hospitals independently provide medical opinions, diagnosis and treatment decisions.

3. No guarantee of outcomes

Treatment availability, suitability, timing and outcomes depend on the patient’s condition and the treating provider. No treatment result, recovery time, visa decision or appointment is guaranteed.

4. Estimates and payments

Any treatment estimate is preliminary and may change after an in-person assessment, additional tests, complications, a revised care plan or a longer stay. Confirm inclusions, exclusions and payment terms directly before making a payment. Third-party charges may be billed separately.

5. Hospital, doctor and appointment availability

Provider information and appointment requests are subject to confirmation. A hospital or doctor may request additional records, change availability or decline a case based on clinical or operational considerations.

6. Visa, travel and supporting services

Visa and travel information is guidance only. Government authorities decide visa applications. Airlines, accommodation, transport and translation providers operate independently and may apply separate terms, availability and charges.

7. Patient responsibilities

  • Provide accurate and relevant medical and contact details.
  • Review provider documents, estimates and instructions before travel.
  • Inform the treating provider about allergies, medicines and relevant medical history.
  • Maintain valid passports, visas, insurance and travel documents.

8. Emergencies

This website and WhatsApp service are not emergency services. For urgent symptoms or a medical emergency, contact local emergency services or a qualified healthcare facility immediately.

9. Website use and updates

Do not misuse the website, submit unlawful content or attempt to interfere with its operation. Content and these terms may be updated when services or requirements change.
