Legal information
Privacy Policy
Last updated: 8 September 2026
This policy explains how TechDr handles information submitted by patients and families seeking medical coordination from Iraq to India.
1. Information we may collect
Depending on your enquiry, you may choose to provide:
- Name, country and WhatsApp or telephone number.
- Treatment category and details included in your message.
- Medical reports, scans, prescriptions or other records you voluntarily share.
- Appointment, travel or accommodation preferences needed for coordination.
Please do not provide information that is unrelated to your medical enquiry.
2. How information is used
Information may be used to:
- Respond to your enquiry and communicate with you.
- Coordinate report reviews, hospital options and appointment requests.
- Request preliminary treatment information or estimates from a selected provider.
- Provide relevant travel and patient-support guidance.
- Maintain records of communications and requested services.
3. Sharing and international coordination
With your request or consent, relevant information may be shared with hospitals, doctors or service providers in India so they can evaluate or coordinate your enquiry. Because this service connects Iraq and India, information may be processed outside your country. Each hospital and third-party provider may apply its own privacy practices.
4. WhatsApp and third-party services
WhatsApp communications are governed by WhatsApp’s own privacy terms. Do not send unnecessary sensitive information through messaging services. Travel, accommodation and other referred services are also operated by independent providers.
5. Google Ads, advertising and cookies
TechDr may use Google Ads services, including conversion measurement and remarketing, to understand whether an advertisement leads to actions such as a WhatsApp click, telephone call or enquiry-form submission. Google and its partners may use cookies or similar device identifiers to measure advertising, limit repeated advertisements and help prevent fraud.
Advertising data may include the advertisement or campaign clicked, date and time, browser or device information, approximate location derived from an IP address and actions taken on the website. Medical reports, diagnoses and the contents of patient enquiry messages are not intended to be sent to Google Ads as conversion data or used to create personalized advertising audiences.
You can control personalized advertising through Google Ads Settings and manage cookies through your browser. More information is available in Google’s Privacy Policy. Where required by applicable law, advertising cookies should not be activated until the visitor provides consent.
6. Storage, security and retention
Reasonable safeguards should be used to protect information. However, no internet or messaging transmission is completely secure. Information is retained only for as long as reasonably needed for coordination, record-keeping and applicable legal requirements.
7. Your choices
You may ask to access, correct or delete information held about your enquiry, subject to applicable legal or medical record requirements. You may also ask us to stop non-essential communication.
8. Policy updates
This policy may be updated when services or legal requirements change. The latest version will be published on this page with a revised update date.
